Cool, almost tart, clearly planty citrus nose with restrained, bright yellow fruity as well as mineral notes. Lean, sweetly acidic, tart fruit, very present acidity, clearly vegetal aromas, mineral and slightly floral tones in the background, some persistence, good, somewhat vegetal finish, again with enormous acidity
