2019 Niederhausen Hermannshöhle Riesling Beerenauslese VDP.Grosse Lage, Nahe, Germany

Firm, cool and pale, polished nose with planty, yellow-fruity, delicately floral and distinctly mineral notes and a hint of yeast. Clear, polished, sweet, again light fruit, lively, very fine acidity, fresh vegetable and floral nuances, a hint of red berries in the background, again yeasty nuances, good depth, light nutty notes, has tension and fine touch, quite complex, still very young, tight, very juicy finish with notes of candy, a little bit of herbs, hinted dark berries and present minerality
