Cool, very slightly muted nose, firm, deep and complex, but also fairly tranquil, clear citrus notes and a hint of peaches, herbaceous, vegetal and delicate floral notes, light yeasty notes and intense mineral notes. Very firmly structured, ripe, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light vegetal and herbaceous traces, more fairly prominent mineral notes, gripping, concentrated and persistent, excellent depth, still undeveloped, but already impressive, complex and compact, but also very elegant, yeasty and mineral notes, firm, juicy, very mineral finish.
