Ripe, polished, fairly juicy sweet fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, herbaceous and mineral traces, yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes, light grip, persistent, some depth, cool style, fairly firm, clear contours, very good firm, juicy finish.
