2015 Oberhausen Brücke Riesling Spätlese, Nahe, Germany

Cool nose, still slightly muted, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow and a touch of green fruit, prominent mineral notes. Straightforward, still slightly muted sweet fruit on the palate, dried vegetal notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, persistent, dark berries in the background, green apple and some rhubarb, still largely undeveloped, floral traces, slightly salty, prominent bite, very vibrant on a very good juicy, grippy finish. Needs some time to mature.
