2015 Niederhausen Hermannshöhle Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Nahe, Germany

Cool, firm, deep nose, light yellow fruit, very elegant vegetal and herbaceous aromas, floral traces, touch of cassis, prominent cool mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, lively acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, fine tannins, persistent and quite firm, prominent bite and excellent depth, prominent mineral notes, very cool style, firm, juicy and lively, still largely undeveloped, hint of ginger, light herbaceous notes on a very good long, firm, juicy, minerally finish.
