Klare, geschliffene, süße Frucht, sehr feine Säure, kühle pflanzliche Noten und eine Spur Hefe, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund mineralische Anklänge, harmonisch, wenn auch nicht ewig tief, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
