Light nutty notes on the nose, hint of yellow spice, light earthy and mineral notes, fairly cool yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, egg white, lemon balm and a hint of wax. Firm, tart and juicy cool fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, nutty traces, firm grip and bite, tart, slightly spicy mineral notes, persistent, good substance and depth, very slightly astringent, yeasty traces, firm grip again on a very good firm, cool, tart, juicy finish.

Kompakt, reintönig und ziemlich saftig im Mund, reife, geschliffene Frucht mit sehr feiner, präsenter Säure, nachhaltig und fest gewirkt am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, nicht ziemlich jung, etwas Kandis im Hintergrund, wirkt nicht ganz trocken, sehr guter, saftiger Abgang mit viel Biss.
