Somewhat nutty and delicately vegetal pome fruit scent with citrus traces. Nutty and somewhat vegetal also in the mouth, not quite dry fruit, quite fine acidity and delicately sandy grip, tart spiciness on the palate, peppery and dried vegetal nuances, a hint of nut butter, good finish.
