Nutty and delicately smoky nose, yellow fruit and spice, with woody notes, a hint of fennel, hint of tobacco, yeast, wax and floral nuances. Slender, very dry fruit, lively acidity, nutty and delicately smoky wood tones, again a hint of tobacco, salt in the background, a little citrus and peach zest, moderate grip, good persistence, good to very good, tart, cool finish with lots of lemony acidity.
