Restrained, somewhat yeasty, also slightly vegetal aroma with yellow fruity and floral hints. Lean, bright, tart fruit, yeasty and slightly vegetal to herbal aromas, lively acidity, moderate tannin, chalky and salty notes, a little white pepper, persistent, grippy, good to very good finish.
