Relatively cool, somewhat nutty, spicy and hints of dried herbs, partly preserved dark berries and a little cherry with a hint of juniper. Clear, juicy, rather tart fruit with a slight acid bite, youthful tannin, mint, pepper and redcurrant in the background, some persistence, salty tones, good to very good finish with bite.
