Quite firm, tart, slightly bacon-fleshy aroma of ripe black berries with herbal and juniper aromas, a little beetroot and capers, earthy tones, black olives and sour cherries. Dark and again rather tart in the mouth, still rather closed fruit, some bite, present, yet quite fine tannin, dried-vegetable notes, fine spiciness of wild herbs, again beetroot, also wild mushrooms and a hint of resin, smoky nuances and a hint of coffee grounds, salty and chalky minerality, very good, firm finish. Must mature.
