Firm, still undeveloped, a little yeasty, also a little herbal and hinted at nutty aroma with bright yellow fruity and clearly mineral notes as well as a little dried mushrooms. Firmly woven, ripe, again bright fruit with clearly nutty and also a little yeasty flavours, fine, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, peppery hints, certain depth, very good, tangy, mineral, nutty-spicy and grippy finish with a lot of bite.
