2020 Silvaner trocken "Steinmergel", Württemberg, Germany

Indicated reductive, quite clearly planty to herbal nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, some yellow spice and a little celery. Restrained fruit also in the mouth, again herbal notes reminiscent of celery, some grip and fine acidity, a hint of wasabi, certain persistence, clear, tart mineral tones in the background, very good, firm finish, again with grip.
