Tart, somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal core and stone fruit scent with citrus aromas and dried-floral nuances. Tart, restrained fruit, peppery notes and a hint of smoke, plus yeasty tones, distinct minerality, has grip, good persistence, a hint of dark berries, good to very good, tight, grippy finish.
