Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, some dried flowers, hint of bacon, touch of red berries. Tart fruit on the palate, nutty and light spicy aromas, hint of tobacco, prominent yeasty notes, smoky oak and a hint of bacon, fairly fine mousse, good substance and persistence, peppery and mineral traces, some grip on a very good finish.

Elegant, juicy, fairly tart fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, nutty notes, smoky traces, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly fine mousse, moderate tannic grip, good substance and persistence, floral traces, some depth, very good finish.
