Fairly cool, tart fruit on the palate, prominent mineral structure makes it appear light-bodied, light smoky and some more herbaceous notes, fairly prominent acidity, very good persistence, very firm and lively, very clear indication of its origin, herbs and spices and mineral notes on a long finish.
