2021 Schozach Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken ***, Württemberg, Germany

Clear and quite polished, rather cool citrus stone fruit nose with fresh vegetal and slightly black berry notes. Rather bright, cool, quite juicy fruit, fine, lively acidity, yeasty, chalky and delicately smoky notes, good persistence, nutty hints on the palate, noticeable salt, a hint of dark berries in the background, certain power, very delicately sweet melting, but also bite, good to very good finish.
