2019 Brut Blanc de Noir, Württemberg, Germany

Slightly yeasty citrus nose with herbaceous-vegetable notes and delicate mushroomy hints. Slightly warm, sweetish fruit with some yeast and herbs, medium-fine mousse, some persistence, a certain acid bite, a hint of black berries in the background, a little lemon zest, good, sweetish and again a little warm finish.
