2017 Schozach Blaufränkisch VDP.Ortswein trocken im Holzfass gereift, **, Württemberg, Germany

Dried herbaceous and slightly spicy scent of black and a little red berries with nutty tones. Very slightly muted cherry and berry aromas in the mouth, slightly smoky wood tones, a hint of bacon and dried herbs, some drying tannin, salty notes in the background, a little bit of bitter chocolate, good to very good, quite firm finish
