2016 Schozach Roter Berg Riesling trocken ***, Württemberg, Germany

Tart, slightly muted nose, vegetal and light earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit, spicy traces. Tranquil, delicately sweet and creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light earthy and salty mineral notes, some dried flowers in the background, fairly persistent, hint of sugar candy, some peppery spice, good to very good sweetish, juicy, spicy and grippy finish.
