2016 Schozach Roter Berg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Slightly muted nose, floral notes with a hint of lilac, nutty, vegetal and earthy notes, delicate buttery traces, restrained yellow fruit. Tart fruit with some strawberries on the palate, light nutty and yeasty notes, light floral notes, elegant acidity, slightly sandy tannins, fairly full-bodied and persistent, salty traces in the background, noticeable alcohol, hint of coconut and wasabi, still slightly sulphurous, more delicate buttery traces on a good to very good finish.
