Quite firm, tart, somewhat smoky and herbaceous-vegetable nose with yellow fruity and hints of bacon aromas. Ripe, straight, slightly melting, dry fruit, moderate acidity and some grip, again smoky and delicately bacony flavours, a hint of dried mushrooms, hints of salt, also darker mineral tones, good to very good, tart finish.
