Hints of smoky and yeasty, also planty to herbal citrus stone fruit nose with delicate mineral and floral notes, a little herbaceous seedlings, fennel and a hint of bacon. Quite juicy, not completely dry, bright fruit, very fine acidity, a touch of candy and wax on the palate, good persistence, chalky to salty mineral tones, hints of curry herb, a hint of smoke, very good finish, again with bright juice.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
