Herbal and somewhat fennel-like, very slightly muted citrus stone fruit scent with apple notes, floral hints and chalky traces. Bright, sweetish, partly candied fruit, quite lively acidity, yeasty and chalky tones, some persistence, a hint of red berries, herbal and floral nuances, good to very good, quite firm, again sweetish finish with smoky traces.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
