Tart, quite deep, somewhat tobacco and slightly reminiscent of fennel, also herbal and somewhat nutty aroma with yellow fruity aromas, laurel and a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, not quite dry fruit, nutty, herbal and very slightly juniper notes, fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, salty hints, a touch of red berries, very good, again somewhat sweet finish with slightly ethereal herbal notes, delicate fermentation tones and grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
