Distinct yellow-spicy, also vegetal and slightly herbal nose with yellow-fruity, nutty, hints of peppery and chalky-mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, tightly knit, sweetish fruit, nutty, peppery and yellow-spicy flavours, some ginger, lively acidity and sandy grip of ripe tannin, herbal nuances, a hint of floral, good persistence, candy tones, very good, sweet and grippy finish with a hint of wax, egg white and fennel.
