Herbal and a little yellow-spicy, sweet yellow-fruity nose with fennel-like notes, floral nuances and some minerality. Ripe, slightly warm, partly candied, quite sweet fruit, nutty, yellow-spicy and mineral notes, some grip, herbal and floral tones, slightly red berry, a touch of wax, ethereal nuances, a touch of lichen, very good, again sweet finish. Would not need the sugar at all.

Best to drink: 2023-2028+. What our ratings mean
