Fairly firm nose, delicate yeasty traces, light oak with some peanuts, light yellow fruit and wild herbs. Fairly tart fruit on the palate, sweetish and creamy, floral traces, lively acidity, hint of pink grapefruit, some sage and caramel in the background, light grip, salty traces, not particularly deep, prominent nutty notes and light spicy oak on a good to very good finish.
