Slightly muted nose, prominent vegetal notes, light lactic and volatile notes, candied yellow fruit, some yellow spice, with aeration shows increasing mineral notes and egg protein. Ripe candied and preserved, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, herbaceous and vegetal notes, yellow spice, good substance and persistence, ripe acidity, restrained, integrated tannins, prominent mineral notes, hint of tobacco, good to very good sweet finish.
