Zartsaftige Frucht mit herben vegetabilen Aromen, hefiger Würze und erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen, recht lebendige Säure, eine Spur gedeckt am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, kühle Art, guter Abgang.
