Firm and quite deep, a hint of smoky scent of ripe citrus fruits and stone fruits with fine herbal aromas, seaweed, a hint of mussel shells and citrus zest. Clear, juicy, relatively bright fruit, yeasty and herbal nuances, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, a little chalky minerality, smoky nuances, still young, hints of gooseberries, very good, juicy and a hint nutty finish with fine herbal notes, protein, hints of smoke and grip.
