Dried vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, touch of yellow spice, tart yellow fruit aromas, hint of mustard seed, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, sweetish, partly candied fruit on the palate, light spicy oak, elegant acidity, creamy with some grip, persistent, some depth, excellent substance, prominent mineral notes, still totally undeveloped, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, spicy and mineral notes on a very good, firm, sweetish, juicy finiash.
