2017 Forst Pechstein Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Light yeast and herbaceous notes on the nose, prominent mineral notes, yellow fruit, light peppery notes. Clear, juicy, partly candied, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, salty mineral notes, light floral aromas, good persistence and substance, hint of dark berries, some bite on a very good, fairly firm, sweetish, juicy finish.
