2012 Forst Pechstein Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Clear, somewhat herbal and delicately floral, also a hint of waxy citrus stone fruit scent with moderate vegetable notes. Firmly woven, juicy, almost a little intrusive sweet fruit with present acidity and grip, herbaceous-vegetable and again vegetable notes, persistent and quite dense on the palate, clear minerality, smoky tones, some depth, some candy, fine sandy tannin, very good, tight, juicy and grippy finish with plenty of acid bite and again noticeable sweetness.
