2010 Gutenberg Römerberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken Gold, Nahe, Germany

Clear, restrained pomaceous nose with vegetal notes that are clearly reminiscent of asparagus. Fairly concentrated style, tranquil fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, some reminiscent of asparagus, elegant acidity, good persistence, full-bodied, mineral notes in the background, has some depth, slightly sweetish and creamy, good to very good finish.
