2005 trocken Roter Fels, Nahe, Germany

Slight blackberry and cassist notes in a delicately vegetal and hint of chocolaty fragrance. Medium-bodied, but rather cool despite the roasted, sweet oak, moderate, preserved berry fruit, delicately mature and fairly persistent, integrated, integrated tannins, slightly sweetish in the background, elegant acidity, harmonious, delicate bitter notes on an otherwise attractive finish.
