2017 Spätburgunder trocken "Blanc de Noir" - Gutswein, Nahe, Germany

Very slightly reuctive nose with delicate yeasty notes, earthy notes, hint of bacon and tobacco, pomaceous fruit, hint of dried herbs, peppery traces. Fairly tart, but also sweetish fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty and nutty notes, elegant, lively acidity, hint of red berries, spicy notes, some grip, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly persistent, cocoa and mushrooms in the background, good to very good finish.
