Fairly tart, but also sweetish fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty and nutty notes, elegant, lively acidity, hint of red berries, spicy notes, some grip, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly persistent, cocoa and mushrooms in the background, good to very good finish.
