Cool, fairly polished nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained citrus and stone fruit, some apple, earthy and mineral traces. Clear, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, fairly sweet, yeasty and light nutty notes, good persistence, earthy and mineral notes in the background, light grip, floral and herbaceous traces, still young, very good elegant, juicy, minerally finish.
