Translate to English Unentwickelter, noch eine Spur käsiger, auch nussiger Kernobstduft mit leicht weiß-gemüsigen Tönen. Süßliche Frucht im Mund, wieder noch ein wenig käsig, pflanzliche und nussige Aromen, etwas hefig, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher, süßlicher Abgang. Braucht noch einige Wochen.
