Prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, partly dried citrus fruit, citrus peel, some mustard seeds and mustard cucumber, apricots and a hint of root vegetables. Concentrated, very sweet, juicy fruit with clear vegetal to herbal and again slightly vegetable notes, present acidity, some grip, tart yellow spice, smoky traces, lots of salt, very good, taut, juicy and spicy finish with grip and plenty of acid bite.
