Firm, dense, somewhat nutty stone fruit-citrus aroma with herbal flavours, earthy-mineral notes, hints of fennel and light barrel tones. Ripe, quite juicy yellow fruit, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, some wood spice on the palate, hints of butter caramel in the background, has a certain melting, but still firm structure, minerality in the background, slightly tobacco spice and some smoke, certain depth, very good, slightly warm, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
