Clear, quite polished, light citrus pomaceous fruit nose with fine vegetal and hints of smoky notes. Clear, polished, finely juicy fruit with buttery melting and nutty hints, slightly vegetal in the background, restrained vanilla spice and a hint of smoke, very fine acidity, delicate grip, restrained, sweetish butter caramel tone in the background, good to very good finish.
