Clear, cool citrus pome fruit nose with nutty, yeasty and fresh planty to herbal aromas. Slender, finely juicy, bright fruit, nutty flavours, some yeast, slightly planty to herbal on the palate, a hint of red berries, some persistence, fine acidity and moderate tannin grip, hint of salt, good finish.
