Smoky, nutty, and a hint of meaty aroma of ripe black and also a bit of red berries with cherry notes, dried herbs, and a little tree bark. Clear, firmly structured, herb-juicy fruit, certain acidity bite and quite present, fine sandy, ripe tannin, again dried herbs in the background, good sustainability, a bit of chalk and salt in the background, still undeveloped, very good, bitter and a hint of sour finish, needs to mature a bit more.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
