2022 Dorn-Dürkheim Silvaner VDP.Aus Ersten Lagen trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Nutty and a hint of buttery caramel on the nose, light warm yellow fruity notes, floral aromas, hint of herbaceous and vegetal notes reminiscent of fennel and a hint of smoke. Ripe, quite juicy, dense fruit with fine, quite lively acidity, some grip and almost a little sweetish melting, vegetal notes reminiscent of celery and radish in the background, good substance and persistence, nutty and buttery traces, a hint of dark berries, quite clear minerality, very good, firm, juicy and grippy finish with ethereal nuances.
