Polished, relatively deep, slightly herbal-vegetal and lightly tobacco-like nose with predominantly dark berries and cherries, a hint of bacon and forest mushrooms, meaty nuances, and moderate wood tones. Cool, bitter, again rather dark fruit, smoky, dried-vegetal to herbal and delicate mushroom notes, a certain acidity bite, quite fine, crumbly-sandy tannin, a touch of citrus fruits in the background, then cranberries, quite noticeable minerality, smoky wood notes, very good, firm finish with a slightly ethereal spice and invigorating juice.
