Firm aroma of cherries and predominantly dark berries with light tobacco wood notes and fine vegetal aromas reminiscent of beetroot, hints of morels and pepper. Taut, tart, quite noble fruit with youthful, present, yet ripe tannins and a certain acidity, persistent on the palate, a little smoky and hints of toasty wood, persistent, has power and density, yet no heaviness, chalky-salty minerality, a little dark ethereal spice in the background, a hint of coffee grounds, peppery tones again, very good, firm, grippy finish with bite.
