Clear, cool and fresh, very delicately peppery and a hint of floral aromas of sour cherries, meat, bay leaf, black olives and more black than red berries. Clear, tart, juicy, cool, fresh and firm fruit, smoky and herbaceous-vegetable tones on the palate, a hint of bitter chocolate, bacony nuances, a little bitter chocolate and bread crust, good persistence, chalk and salt in the background, very good, taut, juicy, slightly ethereal-spicy and a hint of chocolate finish.
